My Car Detailer LLC – Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 20, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving any services from My Car Detailer LLC (“the Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all customers, whether services are rendered at a fixed location or as part of our mobile detailing service.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Your Appointment:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to an $80 cancellation fee. This fee covers lost labor hours, preparation time, and missed opportunities. To avoid the fee, you may reschedule in advance.
Reschedules:
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. To reschedule, please contact us directly by phone or email. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a reschedule fee of up to $80.
No-Shows:
If the customer is not present or reachable at the scheduled time and location, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the $80 fee will apply. Our detailers offer a 15-minute courtesy period before leaving and canceling the appointment.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
Cancellations due to unsafe or inclement weather are permitted without penalty, provided notice is given at least 3 hours before your appointment. My Car Detailer LLC reserves the right to make the final determination regarding weather-related feasibility.
3. Limitation of Liability
My Car Detailer LLC provides services with care and professionalism. However, due to the nature of vehicle conditions and mobile operations, the following limitations apply:
Pre-Existing Conditions:
We are not liable for damage related to pre-existing issues such as:
- Scratches, dents, rust, or paint defects
- Loose trim, moldings, or emblems
- Faulty seals, electronics, or convertible tops
- Oxidation or failing clear coat
Interior Condition:
We are not responsible for:
- Stains or odors that cannot be fully removed due to material limitations
- Electronic components that malfunction during normal cleaning
- Mold, mildew, or biohazards that pre-existed the service
Aftermarket Parts & Accessories:
We are not liable for damage to aftermarket equipment, tint, decals, or wraps unless caused by gross negligence.
Valuables:
Customers must remove personal belongings before service. My Car Detailer LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
Reporting Concerns:
Any service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion. To report a claim, contact:

Maximum Liability:
In any case where the Company is found liable, the maximum compensation shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost use of vehicle, loss of income).
Photographic Evidence:
Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation and quality assurance purposes.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Service Location: Customers must provide the correct service address and access details (gate codes, parking instructions, etc.).
- Adequate Space: The customer must ensure there’s sufficient space for safe vehicle detailing.
- Vehicle Condition Disclosure: Customers must disclose any relevant vehicle conditions (e.g., leaks, electrical issues).
- Accessibility: The vehicle must be accessible and legally parked at the time of service. If service cannot be performed due to access restrictions, cancellation fees may apply.
5. Accurate Representation & Additional Charges
Customers are expected to accurately represent their vehicle’s condition. My Car Detailer LLC reserves the right to apply additional charges for excessive conditions such as:
- Heavy pet hair or staining
- Mold, mildew, or biohazard cleanup
- Severe oxidation or tar buildup
- Oversized or heavily modified vehicles
All additional fees will be communicated before service proceeds.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you believe your detailing service was not completed as agreed, My Car Detailer LLC will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no extra cost—provided:
- The issue is reported within 24 hours
- You submit photos and details via phone or email
This guarantee excludes results affected by weather, wear, or post-service conditions.
7. Inclement Weather Policy
Customers should monitor the forecast before booking. My Car Detailer LLC is not responsible for diminished results due to weather during or after service (e.g., rain, dust, pollen). No rain checks or refunds apply once service has been completed.
8. Emergency Cancellations
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We will promptly notify affected customers and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
9. Photo and Video Usage
By receiving our services, customers grant My Car Detailer LLC permission to capture photos or videos of the vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media). Customers may request to opt out at any time.
10. Marketing Communication
Customer contact information may be used for internal promotions and updates. You may opt out anytime by contacting:

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
11. Environmental & Health Considerations
- We use biodegradable, eco-friendly products whenever possible. However, the customer is responsible for identifying sensitive areas where runoff may cause issues.
- Customers with allergies or sensitivities must inform us before service. My Car Detailer LLC is not liable for health reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities.
12. Service Completion & Adjustments
Customers should inspect their vehicle upon service completion. Once approved, no further adjustments or corrections will be provided.
13. Non-Disparagement Clause
Customers agree to communicate any concerns directly with My Car Detailer LLC before posting negative or disparaging remarks publicly. We value transparency and always aim for resolution.
14. Privacy Policy
My Car Detailer LLC collects limited personal information for service scheduling and communication. We protect your privacy and will not disclose your information except as required by law.
